Ford Fiesta/Puma/Focus Turbo 1.6 Zetec Sigma Engine. Here for sale is my freshly built engine ready to have a turbo fitted along with injectors and some managment and you have a turbo fiesta mk4/mk5. Please read the massive listing below as it will give you an insight on the engine. Any questions feel free to ask. (Please note the HT leads and coil pack do not come with the car).

1.6 Zetec Sigma Engine. Fully rebuilt (every gasket replaced for new).

OC Motorsport Decomp plate (Lower Compression For Saftey). Head has been re lapped along with the valves. New thermostat housing and thermostat.

Brand New ST150 Clutch Fitted. I have probably missed some bits but I do have pics of the rebuild. I have spent a good 50 + hours building this engine.

Everything was tourqued down to spec no corners were cut. I have a video of the engine cranking which it cranks with no issues. It's a fresh build so will need running in, I no longer require the engine hence for the sale as I have a new project car. I have an intercooler setup that can go with the engine if the asking price is paid.

It needs a few bits to complete it like a turbo manifold and injectors ect. Along with the power steering pump and AC and alternator but of course this will fit from the 1.6 and bolt straight on.
